Good experience with the company
Marketing Executive (Former Employee) - Tallaght, County Dublin - 2 January 2022
The staff in the consumer goods division are very welcoming of new staff while also being very helpful. There was a nice relaxed environment in the offices. Good exposure to FMCG industry and brands such as aveeno neutrogena listerine etc. Some tasks monotonous (data entry etc) but nothing too taxing. Free parking on site a bonus. 1 hour lunch with 15 minutes break and WFH options too. Good place to work overall. Salary for interns is good compared to competitors however still quite low.
Pros
Free lunches often, Free on site parking, New office spaces, Friendly staff / teams, Great discount on products, Management are not egotistical
Cons
Monotonous work that lacks creativity from a marketing point of view, Low pay for interns

Flexible starting hours with working from home benefits. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The problems are getting a long time to be solved as management is very slow in approving things out.
Cons
No permanent position

Shift
Technical Line Lead (Current Employee) - Limerick - 4 September 2020
If you can handle the shift then it’s a great job with good benefits. Good site facilities including a gym and 2 canteens. The food is questionable on days!..

Excellent Company
Customer Service Specialist (Current Employee) - Liffey Valley - 13 August 2020
I recommend to everyone to work there. It's a company that cares about its workers. It always seeks the welfare of the employee and very supportive, with the situation of Covid-19 the company gave the best of itself. It has a very good relationship between the normal and the personal. It is very flexible when looking for work alternatives that benefit the company and the employee. Very good salary conditions. Impeccable cultural and social conditions.

Money does not match salary
Production Technician (Current Employee) - Limerick - 30 July 2019
OK place to work, the amount of responsibilities in the area that i work in does not match up with the wages. Because i am a production tech, i do the same job as a process tech but not the same pay.

Productivity and fun
Warehouse Lead (Former Employee) - Limerick - 14 September 2016
JnJ R&D project (Ethicon Biosurgery Ireland)
The project was a great success even the product lost its competitiveness on the market.
The team was highly educated and very well selected for the project.
As part of the management team, we were focusing on our Credo to create a Job Work/Life Balance and keep the project schedule.
We have raised 10k Euro for Paralympics Ireland I believe this tells everything about the work place environment and the team effort.
Pros
Company night outs, Family days, Bbq, etc.
Cons
Long hours, tight deadlines
