Carers will usually have some morning calls back to back and evening calls back to back. Some service users will also have lunch time calls. Gaps in schedules are to be expected but calls are rostered to suit carers availability.

No calls can be 30min calls, 45 mins calls, one hour calls or block hours of 2+ hours depending on the clients needs. Usually calls are 1 hour. Block hours are hard to get.
