Carers will usually have some morning calls back to back and evening calls back to back. Some service users will also have lunch time calls. Gaps in schedules are to be expected but calls are rostered to suit carers availability.
They will do their utmost to provide the hours you are available.
They work around the hours you want and they see what they can offer you. If you want more hours they will look in to it and try and give it to you especially around xmas time
