Although you are met with friendly management and supervisors, this company takes everything it can from you without making it worth it. I did multiple jobs in the company and remained on the same wage and saw nothing for it. Hours are not sociable (5am-4pm/4pm-2am) and you are worked so hard that you are often too tired to do anything with the small amount of time you get out of work. Training is not provided and you are thrown into jobs because staff is so short. The shift pattern means you are tired all the time and is never consistent, meaning it's incredibly difficult to plan. You are supposed to agree to shifts not on pattern, but this never happens and you are often given overtime without it being discussed.
Bad hours, bad training, bad pay
unless you are a foreign national stay away they dont have time for the Irish and treat you like trash give all the foreigners help and leave you doing 3or 4 mans work to yourself while there's 5 or 6 foreigners doing a 1 man job
getting out of the place
Definitely the worst place to work, wage is a joke , Bonus system same if you lucky to get it, the management build from psychopaths, bullying, humiliation at high level ,especially in boning line with a fat pig who thinks he is a god just like most of the office worker, half of the company, including management is full on drugs , the arrogancy and ignorance is just unbelievable there.
Not enough space here
Lovely place to work. Company believes in people with initiative, invest in their employees training and constant learning. There is always space for you to grow in this company.
Free lunches, possibility to work from home.
There is no planning! Untrained managers that waste time trying to control the work hours (budget) of employees instead of worrying about the activities they perform. The company offers management positions for indicated employees with long time in the company and not for specialized professionals, in this way only by chance will they arrive in somewhere
Kepak was my first experience in woking abroad my home country. There were a lot of poles though, so my english skills weren't necessary. I was working there as general operative/packer. I've never knew what to expect, when I've had reached my work station. Sometimes there were a lot to do, and sometimes I was finishing really early. The atmosphere was quite good. Payment was fair but could be a bit better.
Really hard work, low payment, lack of any mode of comunal transport
Having left a butchers to work in this area was the biggest mistake of my life. Never stayed on the same job like the other females kept moving me to the heavier jobs the males were on. Wouldn’t pay the proper rate either. Supervisors pathetic they were on
Made new friends.
Don’t pay the proper rate. Supervisors want the Irish out as quick as they can.
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!

Got an injury they wouldn't supply a back support after hurting my back , and expected me to stand for 11/12 hours in pain , got moved from my job position 4 times from abattoir to packing Hall to loading Bay to chill , worst working experience I've ever been through,
Once you get used to the cold, smell its good. Work/life balance is awful. To many hours for little money
Managers and supervisors are great, they make sure that we get warmed up before starting. The canteen is nice. Work and life balance us awful, to many hours and little pay. I was not paid for my first month only after calling management a few times and saying I will leave and sue them if they wont pay. I was lied to at the interview, told I wouldn't start till 7 and finish at 3. I work 6 until 4.
Absolute slavery of a place to work ... would not recommend working for this company to anybody not even my worst enemy.. get treated like a piece of dirt from the minute you start till you leave ... take a day of over been sick and get shouted at because you took the day off ... if I say anything more about the lovely kepak I'd be in trouble...
No pros what so ever
There is a reason they give jobs to people over the phone with no interview cause they can’t look after the staff they have and are desperate, nice canteen and nice people there the only good thing
