Good place to work

Great people, overall good experience, good opportunities. Flexible working, remote working, annual review process. Fast paced, lots of change and growth.

My review

Just another boring, repetitive, thankless job. Night shifts and overtime work almost always applicable. Weekend work also applicable. 12 hour rotating shifts.

Work you hard but great experience

You can travel the world with kerry.. but only see it at weekends! The work day is long and fast paced. You learn a lot very quickly and are thrown in the deep end but have a lovely team to support you as you struggle along together!

Dead end job

For me it had become a dead end job, there was no chance for progression or sideways move. Quite stressful at times, having to face repeated requests from customers without being able to do anything about it other than just sending a reminder to other people.

Micro-management

Suffers from the same problems as a lot of (but not all) manufacturing environments. Operators are not trusted to behave like adults and do their job without being micro-managed every step of the way. Money is okay but not amazing considering the unsociable hours and the work conditions.
