Operator (Current Employee) –  Charleville, County Cork5 November 2018
Expectation for General Operators is to work 7 days per week Kerry expects to be entitled to change your shift pattern at a days notice no matter what plans you may have made. No respect for peoples personal lives.
Pros
Money reasonable for operator work
Cons
Shift patterns ridiculous

Mainly bring large racks of meat around the factory with both forklift and electric lifter. Early start, early finished. Well paid, with very good hours. Lots of over time.

Well paid

Food severe

Nice place to work, I enjoyed the hours and the prospect of learning new roles on a regular basis. The salary was amazing for the hours we were working.
