In the Kilmurry LOdge Hotel I was doing breakfast shifts that would run into afternoon carvery so typical hours were 7am-4pm. In my time working there I learned alot about customer service and how to provide the highest quality customer service. The hardest part of working in the Kilmurry Lodge was dealing with challenging customers but the most enjoyable part was over coming these problems with customers and improving my customer service skills.
Very good training, can approach anyone with any questions or problems you have, staff and customers are always really lovely and I always look forward to going to work.
Worked as part of a busy team, liaising with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction. Also, deals with queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
