Recognise smaller stores as they are battling to meet figures and gain new customers.
Recognise an individual and stop being so hard on them when it's quiet or they haven't much to do. Motivation is lost when a great sale is made and staff from bigger stores are praised faster for a smaller sale.

Start training faster! Stop being so hard on staff when they're left to learn about products themselves.

Also told off when do facials or hand massages wrong when not taught.

Teach us faster so we can learn to be on the same page
