No sick pay, no maternity leave, management don’t take into account any constructive criticism

Overall it is not as stressful as working in a hospital environment, however, they do not treat staff well. Extremely high medical staff turnover, no sick leave or maternity leave. It is a true shame a company in this day and age does not offer sick or maternity leave….

Do not work here, it is all favouritism and the pay is shockingly low, many other jobs out there with better pay and given some respect. Left 1 year ago and the only regret I have is that I didn't leave soonerManagement will speak down to you and pretend they are looking after you and try and make it seem like a nice place to be it's not it is TOXIC.Have to be mentally strong to work because they will break you down.

Staff are temporary

You can do everything right , work hard , achieve your targets and beyond and still be let go with one weeks notice. In my experience and definitely department wide, staff are completely expendable and job security is non existent. They keep staff on temporary contracts and extend them every three-six months so as not to have to offer you benefits such as pension or ironically enough - health insurance…
