Fast paced
Must not be afraid to work hard, Can be stressful. Must be in good physical condition if working on the shop floor.

Overworked with zero thanks.
Very poorly managed to the point where staff are constantly over worked so that management get better bonuses. Highest pick rate goals in Mullingar even though it's the same pay as every other warehouse. Will work you into the ground. Pay rate is high but you will have zero life.

Lidl is a very good employer
Overall lidl is a good place to work but people in head office really don't have a clue about pay work balance. And with the cost of living in this current climate every penny counts especially when you have a family.

You work for the good wage!
Great money and sometimes good management! Be prepared to be sat on till for hours on end! Always understaffed and people always calling in sick so constant calls on days off! Unreasonable expectations and pressure to finish on time when so many jobs to be done and not enough staff! Had to leave because I was burnt out!

Poor
No work life balance and crazy overtime hours. On day off they would ring for you to come in and work and use probation period against you if you couldn’t do overtime. Don’t care about family life
