There is a terrible culture within the company. Staff are expected to work themselves to the bone. Upper management are very much of the opinion that an autocratic, abusive style of management is the only way to achieve success. Health and safety practices aren't adhered to, especially heavy lifting. If you work a salary you will regularly be expected to work many extra hours that will never be lieud back to you meaning when hours worked are divided by the salary, the pay isn't actually as impressive as it initially seems.

Management and toxic atmosphere. Very lonely and unwelcoming and then the bullying starts. Also not as expected. Very haphazard and shoddy work done as a general rule. But you'll be pulled up on following what you were shown and expected to be thorough and impossibly fast. No one can do it right and fast. I did it right and was constantly dogged on.
