Decent management but stressed too as it can be very busy at times, the busier the shop the more hours can be given to staff so there are lots of opportunities to work extra in busy shops.

long hours, always tired but at least paid well if you do extra work

There is no life balance as they say, there is no 14.90 when u start. they will drop u anywhere every day. I was one day in bakery 5am-3pm another 12noon till midnight. Ya sometimes u finish even later close the shop means - YOU CLEAN. Then u work 3pm-close. every day different shift your- body clock goes crazy.Always short people

Bad place to work

Get lured into the job with promises of flexibility and a good salary. Training leaves a lot to be desired for, left to your own devices even though new employees get a training plan. Say goodbye to your personal life as you'll get rostered for 30 hours but end up working 40+. Working culture is awful as any requests for flexibility or less hours is seen as laziness. Big culture of talking behind people's backs. Management leaves a lot to be desired, they don't care about employee wellbeing or health. Overall choose this job if you want to lose your self respect and end up burning out.
