Each worker must be able to work everywhere. such as the till the floor and back store. I became very hardworking due to working in Lidl. I worked long hours and it payed off

Bad communication, management full of contradictions, it's all about the customer until productivity isn't met, then it's about reaching prod at all costs.The vast majority of managers, deputy managers, are full of self importance, preservation.
