Its ok as a side job

Hours are ok and is ok but it depends on what you’re doing, if you dont drive like I didn’t at the time they still expect you to get busses and lifts to different counties like kildare kilkenny etc for two hours of work which is a bit ridiculous and they dont cover travel costs as far as i know unless you drive.

Stay well clear !!

A place with a conveyor belt of employees , no wonder ,it doesn’t take long to see why , not paid wages properly, mystery commission payments with no transparency…They have sales reps knocking doors in all weathers and don’t know what wet gear is and they don’t supply it either ,while the idiots put in management sit in there warm homes barking deluded orders during weather warnings .Typical day...

Enjoyable flexible job

Great experience and entry way into the world of merchandising. A nice job, can be stressful sometimes when there’s a lot of work to be done and short space of time to do it but overall a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Low paid work as and when they decide to pay you

Sadly very poor pay related to work and time spent on each job. Every delivery or promotion is agreed at a rate but they paid less than this and you spend more time back tracking to see what they are paying.... A shambles of a company who turn over employees at an alarming rate!!!

Positive and relaxed work enviroment

Working at lites group for the past 5 or so years has been great, everyday is different and regardless of your department everyone works together to achieve the best results. It's a relaxed yet professional work environment, a small in house team which means everyone knows everyone really well.
