No basic legal rights

They treat staff like dirt everyone leaves LotusWorks very few original staff left and the manager is only there because other be for him left and he ended up getting the job

Terrible work environment

Most lads on site were great to work with.Disorganized terrible place to work, management is horrible lacking in experience along with HR and get a lot of people with no experience. People are constantly leaving.

Very relaxed and positive environment, felt very welcomed upon arrival and the work interesting.

Upon arrival coworkers were very helpful when settling in, I am brought out for training most days to see different calibrations and different areas of the site and the work is very interesting.

Lotusworks is a good company that offers good pay with a great work life balance. The team communicates well above average, and the opportunities for training and advancement are great. Would recommend to friends.
