Terrible work environment
Technician (Former Employee) - Dundalk, County Louth - 20 February 2023
Most lads on site were great to work with.Disorganized terrible place to work, management is horrible lacking in experience along with HR and get a lot of people with no experience. People are constantly leaving.

Friendly and easy to talk to and great people working for them. Learn lots working with them and have great opportunities to travel and do other things with them as a company.

I'm in Lotusworks over a year now and It has flown by, the management are friendly and very approachable. Safety is a big part of the workplace culture.

Big emphasis on health and safety of staff.Good work-life balance.Good salary.Good pension and healthcare cover.Good atmosphere among workers on-site.Great health and safety of staff.Management were great during Covid 19 pandemic.
