Trainee Chef (Former Employee) - Palmerstown, County Dublin - 27 February 2022
Worse experience ever understaffed, quality of food terrible, management is terrible he would come in just to talk about his life and eat food never helped. most days you could spend 10 to 12 hours depending on when you start. Overall terrible experience and quite frankly no one is paid nearly as much as they should be

Terrible people to work for
HEAD CHEF (LOUIS FITZGERALD GROUP ) (Former Employee) - Dublin - 3 December 2020
Promised the earth but never delivered. Such a difficult place to work. Substandard equipment often not working. Lack of communication and interaction. Owners have no respect for staff at all levels. The word often used, replaceable.
Pros
Parking. (After a long battle.)
Cons
Unworkable hours and faulty equipment.

Good, solid workplace
Worked here for two years and worked hard and was treated well in return. Very fast paced, I would say you need to be a good employee to stay here, as there's no room to slack off work. Overall a good experience

Robotic
Senior Chef (Former Employee) - Dublin - 13 May 2019
Old fashion fast food with very little of food quality.
Anyone who has minimal knowledge can work at the line which isn't a good way for the kitchen.
No progression.
Pros
Free meal and a proper break
Cons
Stressful and dreadful without any creativity. Robotic job role

Sucks the life out of you
Housekeeper (Former Employee) - Dublin - 14 March 2019
Horrible place, management is atrocious and care not one bit about the staff. There is a really negative energy in the place - no team spirit at all here. Everyone just places the blame on someone else.
