Job itself is ok but very little help from management or engagement with there employees. As they have very little in cork no help with truck repairs etc. Its more or less self employed you look after most things except they pay you as staff.

No good managing supervisors are mean they ask you to quit if you don’t like the way they’re treating you by using the phrase if you don’t like how you’re been treated there is the door

Great job

A great job, excellent management, friendly colleagues in Lusk depot and Cork depot as well. I felt appreciated and valuable in the company. I already regret that I left it.

typical day at work was exciting I've learnt new areas and communitiesmanagement was great and organisedhardest part was delivering boxes up staircases in tall buildings

Steer clear

If you value your sanity stay away ...poor management,hours ,respect towards staff , hygiene. No English speaking night manager , Bullying is rife in this company

Worst place to work with the worst mangers in the world! one doesnt even speak english

Worst Company in the world. Hr is a joke, mangers are a joke and the owner is a joke this whole place is built on slavery . Terrible place to work and they do not care about there employees.

High staff turnover

Cant keep good staff in lusk because good staff find out very fast how bad this company is . Sycophants who do no work do well here . Hard workers dont!!

good job and good pay for a good days work

decent group of lads to work with. was busy but didn't mind because pay was good.i always had plenty to do every night, the boss let us go home as soon as we done all our work. i would go back and work there but live too far away now

Big company - getting bigger

This place is expanding so am glad my job will be safe!! It is a busy ware house but the men you work with are good. Sometimes the shifts are long but some times if the work is all done you can get away early.

Not a nice place to work (Lusk Depot)

Worked in Lusk for 3/4Months terrible experience left ASAP. Health and Safety non existent. Lads driving machines with no certs or training. Some members of staff was lazy and supervisor and manager tuned a blind eye to it. Wages terrible offers a nice package but when work was finished you where push out the door and wages docked for finishing up early.

Great company

Good money for nights and great team to be a part of. Night goes in really quik and we get a bonus for doing a good job - I get this evry week. Free tea and coffee available as well.

Nightshift warhouse

decent working hours and can finish early when the job is done. Good pay compared to other warehouse roles in the area and defintely not as busy as some other warehouse jobs. Management are good and always try and help when possible! Good atmosphere and company is expanding.

Worst place i have worked

Managers collecting staff when they said there out drinking. They say there is a premuim for sundays thats a lie. No one has a ppt ticket. Wouldint recommend this place to work

fun workplace. Still good friends with driver. good pay

Lynas had a good work ethic all around. They paid well and I got on with all there staff. would definatly return. had to leave due to lack of work for me at the time.

Early start, and when we finished our workour day was done with no loss of wages, fixed daily pay

Very friendly staff , journeys to different destinations for delivery are pleasent and enjoyable , typical day work goes really fast , the pay is very good
