Poor Management
Senior Content Reviewer (Former Employee) –  Dublin17 January 2020
The company is perfect as "starter" but after 6 months is good idea to look for something new within the company if you are lucky to get it.

General management and communication is very poor.
Pros
If you are working in the Majorel building you will have access to the canteen which is quite cheap
Cons
Micromanaging is very common in this company.

Terrible company to work for
Content Analyst (Current Employee) –  Dublin, Ireland26 May 2019
This is one of the worst company I have ever worked for.
The salary is ridiculously low for Dublin, there's close to no perks and the office could use some upgrades.

After working there a couple month it is very clear that the comfort and well-being of the employees is not a priority at all. The company doesn't seem to truly take feedback into consideration especially when it comes to the salary. They don't value their employees work and it shows. If you complain they will be happy to replace you with someone else, anyone else, since to them you're just a number and anyone is capable of doing what you do.

So, maybe istead of constantly sending communications talking about the growth of the company and how great you are, start showing you care about your employee. Stop paying for pseudo inspirational posters and start giving employees perks and benefits that will make them more inclined to stay with your company and might stop this massive Exodus you are facing. People are leaving constantly and most of them don't even want to finish their probation period! The salary is just ridiculously low and your silly bonuses don't make up for it. Your employees are asked to provide high quality work but the remuneration doesn't match that
Pros
"Flexible schedule" although quite limites
Cons
Low salary, no perks, terrible culture

Horrible place to work
Content reviewer (Current Employee) –  Dublin23 May 2019
Don't work here if you want to be treated as a person or build a nice career. The company doesn't care that you're a human being and doesn't want to explain any actions they do under the excuse "we just have to". Only the higher up people are treated good but you would have to get 3-4 promotions to get there. People are good but everything else is horrible including facilities, money and all the things you have to put up to for that monthly charity you get under the mask of a salary. Better go and work at Tesco.

Also the company is free to make you work on the weekends as much as they want although on the interview they specifically tell you it's only mon-fri. The interview is often held in a nicer building and then they move you to a horrible one where the perks from the first building are not available.

There is technically a good life to work balance but you get so little money you can't actually use that time to go somewhere if you want to pay the rent and save a certain amount. Healthcare plan they cover (after probation) is bad. Overtime, when paid, is paid at a really low rate.
No parking is provided (there is a looong waiting list for parking and people wait for years).
If you come by bus, you have to walk for 15 minutes to get there, but there is a shuttle to the DART (which is much closer to the business park), they just don't want to pay for it to pick up the people on the bus station. The sidewalk from the bus station to Eastpoint is usually flooded and narrow so when there is rain (few times weekly in Dublin) you just end up completely wet from it and from
more... the passing cars. Then you have to sit like that 9 hours in the office because there is no place to change. If you have a bike, your cycling equipment doesn't fit the provided lockers.

Breaks are short and half of that time, you have to spend by waiting in line to get to your locker or to even enter a room. You are not allowed to snack at your desk so for every cookie or piece of candy you want to eat, you have to use your break. 30 min total break and 30 min lunch. Only water is allowed at your desk and some medication.

Good company to start in the online marketing field.
LCS Campaign Optimizer for Majorel at Google (Current Employee) –  Dublin10 April 2019
It depends on the project but most of them have flexi-time which help plan your days ahead, which is very helpful. The management is not the best. Not very interested in people management. They leave it very clear that the only thing that matters are numbers, without caring about the working environment. The most enjoyable part of the job is that most of the agents are very friendly, the flexi-time and that you can learn some things, plus the free snacks (depending on the building).
Pros
Friendly co-workers, flexi-time & paid sick days.
Cons
Bad salary, bad management and bad people management.

Quality Manager (Current Employee) –  Dublin26 March 2019
Management is not collaborative, they embrace a blame culture when faced with any challenge instead of collaborating on a solution, they chose who to point out the blame to.

Micromanagement across all supporting functions, putting not true urgency into all tasks
Pros
some managers are great mentors
Cons
no life work balance
