This is one of the worst company I have ever worked for.
The salary is ridiculously low for Dublin, there's close to no perks and the office could use some upgrades.
After working there a couple month it is very clear that the comfort and well-being of the employees is not a priority at all. The company doesn't seem to truly take feedback into consideration especially when it comes to the salary. They don't value their employees work and it shows. If you complain they will be happy to replace you with someone else, anyone else, since to them you're just a number and anyone is capable of doing what you do.
So, maybe istead of constantly sending communications talking about the growth of the company and how great you are, start showing you care about your employee. Stop paying for pseudo inspirational posters and start giving employees perks and benefits that will make them more inclined to stay with your company and might stop this massive Exodus you are facing. People are leaving constantly and most of them don't even want to finish their probation period! The salary is just ridiculously low and your silly bonuses don't make up for it. Your employees are asked to provide high quality work but the remuneration doesn't match that
