Total waste of my time and skills/experience. Awful company culture with unprofessional management. No work-life balance, employee wellness only in theory, while in reality people wouldn’t have time to participate in most of wellness activities due to high targets/high work load. Most offices in East Point are an absolute disgrace, rarely cleaned and feels like a dirty hole, office room temperature never right so you either freeze or feel too warm. Canteen is a joke, not enough even drinking water, forget about the snacks. Very little career opportunities and only for those who maintain close relationship with the management. Doesn’t offer sufficient training for people who would like to gain additional skills outside their role. Constant changes within the teams, you may be transferred to a different team/project before you know it, and that is if you’re lucky to keep the job. After Clean room policy was implemented, it felt like working in prison, where you’re completely cut off from the outer world. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
The only one I can think of is private health insurance after you pass probation period
Too many to list
outsourcing company with no saying to any of the procedures followed. practically no internal management possible. permission needed from "client" for tiny to big changes.
flexible check-in and check-out, multi national environment
repetitive job, no interest, almost no relationship between colleagues, you can quit your position and nobody -except for your manager- will realise that you left.
The company is perfect as "starter" but after 6 months is good idea to look for something new within the company if you are lucky to get it. General management and communication is very poor.
If you are working in the Majorel building you will have access to the canteen which is quite cheap
Micromanaging is very common in this company.
It depends on the project but most of them have flexi-time which help plan your days ahead, which is very helpful. The management is not the best. Not very interested in people management. They leave it very clear that the only thing that matters are numbers, without caring about the working environment. The most enjoyable part of the job is that most of the agents are very friendly, the flexi-time and that you can learn some things, plus the free snacks (depending on the building).
Friendly co-workers, flexi-time & paid sick days.
Bad salary, bad management and bad people management.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Management is not collaborative, they embrace a blame culture when faced with any challenge instead of collaborating on a solution, they chose who to point out the blame to. Micromanagement across all supporting functions, putting not true urgency into all tasks
some managers are great mentors
no life work balance
