A very strong company with high values to be respected. Great management training offering great growth opportunities with successful placement. As a Sales Manager and Convention Manager you must wok long hours and you are compensated well with good fringe benefits. I would work with this company again.

I enjoyed working the Westin Hotel. I learned and grew both as a person and professional. The hardest part was not having enough time to balance both work and home.

*Every morning starts with an 8am meeting*Hard work doesn't always pay off, but never lower my standards*Extremely demanding*Some friendly, some weren't*Obtaining very high monthly goals when sells were down*Meeting new clients and assist with planning their event
