most days are simple same old same old, offers great overtime on busy week/months. Management always ready to teach those who are showing strong effort, passion & drive. work culture is enjoyable communication is key. the hardest part is in laundry most days start to blind together as you are in the back. most enjoyable is that management is always making sure im/us/team mentally okay
days blind (no real cons)
They really look for ways to ensure the safety and security of employees. If there's an issue , it's addressed immediately. They follow up with you to ensure things went well and what more, if any, that they can do to help.
Company benefits, awards, Lunch, breakfast, etc.
None that i could thing of
I worked here fulltime washing, drying and folding linens. My other responsibilities included bringing guests toiletries, towels, blankets and pillows. Working as a houseman I cleaned the lobby area, bathrooms, vacuuming 6 hallways, stairs and taking out all the garbage on site.
Secure a challenging position in the restaurant industry that will utilize my skills, dedication, and hard work to assist in the company’s success. Assisted Students with computers and homework. Led field trips to local area attractions. Maintained computers in technology laboratory

i was at the marriott for almost 6 years, at first management was good and it seemed that every employee was happy to work there but new management came in and things changed a lot and employees weren't happy anymore including me so i had to make a change.
My job was composed of supervising different employees. Your schedules and functions. She was also the person in charge of monitoring the budget of purchases and productivity. Economize water and chemicals without lowering the quality of cleaning
The diferrent oportunity
Actitud the diferent person
Marriott is a good starting place. My managers were understanding and worked around my schedule. Coworkers seemed to only like speaking to the workers they were used to rather than accepting new employees. The pay was not good enough for the amount of work.
It was a steady job while I was taking classes. The people were decent. The hotel was a mixture of characters that made everyday an experience. I learned from everyone there how to make things better, which I try to explain to others at the jobs I have been since.
a few loose cannons
The days are average and they gave me suggestions on what do to make my working experience easier ,the manager was the kindest most supportive person I've had known overall it was good except that there should've been one individual other than me to support my health and wellbeing.
Not to be so pushy about days off or requests
