Good learning experience.
A tutor is a teaching assistant who assists the lecturer by tutoring smaller groups of students in a classroom environment. It's usually done in tandem with the teaching assistant's independent studies & provides a good learning experience for the tutor.

Excellent academic enviroment. The benefits of working in a small college means are a more hands on experience and familiarity with students and staff alike.

Excellant academic environment. Diverse and challenging. As I am on an assistantship my tutor work entails preparation of tutorials and delivering to three classes of approximately sixteen students. my other work is in research for my Thesis.

Productive environment
Typical day is 9-5 in an office environment. The majority of work is desk based research with an emphasis on self-teaching of procedures to best further your knowledge. The management system can be rigid but very co-operating with an requests that may be put forward.
