Stop favouring certain employees over others
TRAIN CREW ON ALL STATIONS not just one or two and DON'T COMPLAIN TO US when we can't work a certain station as a result
Treat crew fairly when it comes to time off, don't constantly, always deny one crew persons and constantly, always approve another's, approve and deny everyone FAIRLY
Don't consistently leave people working on one station (i.e. tills) with no variety (especially when they PLEAD with you to give them variety)
Side with crew instead of customers when we follow company policy by telling customers they cant do a certain thing (i.e. substitute fries for twisty fries in a meal, which it specifically says we can't do)
Encourage good work practices praise for a job well done
Improve wages. Witness their hard work and pay attention to safety hazards MORE.
