Productive and fun

I got promoted to the role of Crew Trainer (Current Employee) - Blanchardstown, County Dublin - 23 October 2019

A typical day at mcdonalds is busy most of the time and sometimes it got stressfull but it helped me be more confident with talking with other people and helped me work better with a team. The hardest part of the job was the schedules, they were never done properly and were always all over the place. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and helping them become part of the team and making them feel comfortable.

fun place different challanges every day

mainly 8/5 monday to friday review the previous day with both business managers than meet with them to see any issues that need to be addressed from the previous day and are we set up for the day ahead each day can be different.. each month we review the results vs the targets and see were we can impove and what do we have to achive for the month ahead

Good place to work

It was a good place to work, the staff were good also the management The hardest part was the hours one week you had full time hours the next you had less the twenty I enjoyed meeting the customers and the people i got to work with it was a laugh most days

Good place,i suggest to try work if you like be with loads people.all youngers can work in here and get loads experience cor future for college or other jobs.
