Very stressful

Mangement was absolutely awful they are so disrespectful, crazy long hours , working in heat with no ac if you like to be shouted at by customers be my guest as you can never keep the customers at McDonald’s happy or the delivery drivers

Friendly people and good work

Really friendly staff, depending on what hours you work could be really busy or slow, nice and enjoyable to walk into and I don’t end up feeling too tired after. Some people can make or break the shift

wonderful place to work, very diverse working force, loved working here the job is very easy if you get your head down and get used to it there's always something to do and it's always nice to be able to have a laugh with co workers while working

a typical day at work is good, There are nice friend staff and conditions are good in the work place. The restaurant is clean and well managed. I would recommend as a career.

Busy company with great reputation

At the Mc Donald's there is non-busy day, so I have learned how to work in a very fast going restaurant even when we do not have the required staff members to work on the shifts. The managment is very good organised, the team is also great. I found the hardest part of this job is learning all reciepes and same time producing the best quality and quantity of fresh products. Not possible to learn it, but it requires much effort to put on it. The most enjoyable part is cleaning the lobby area, bringing the orders to the customers if they are not capable to wait in the queve because of family or friends with them, and I also enjoyed the whole job because I love to work in team.

Pros

Staff food is deducted from salary, always busy so the time flies very fast

Cons

I have only personal issue why I have cons, so it is hard to keep in touch with them when I'm on dayoff or sick and want to ask about roster.
