Great job for first time worker but you must be good on the phone and a quick learner. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions so you fully understand the systems of the shop

A pizza shop, lots of work

Lots of work everyday. Deal with customers face to face, on the phone as well. Have to manage stocks, drivers, pizza quality, customers service, and cash every single day.

long hours and little pay

It was a hard job because the hours were really long and the pay wasn't enough for how hard I was working. I had little time for myself and to spend with my family.
