Management are poorly trained Headoffice don’t realise know stock counts and will send too much or too little - not trained well either and don’t realise the difficulty of a customer needing an item ASAP Little rewards or ability to progress unless it’s the other side of the country Owners are not in reality and look down their noses at their staff - unable to tell managers to work better and be assertive Customers are super but have also dealt with a lot of aggressive customers too but as long as they make a complaint to HR, they will get a voucher rather then the owners/ head office standing with their employees - regardless of the scenario Management took naps and took endless breaks - nobody noticed
Stuck on the tills all day. Whilst on the tills you also have to answer phone calls and press the release door buttons for changing rooms and toilets. Left alone when busy, while other work colleagues stand idle making themselves look busy. Terrible management lots of favoritism. Disgraceful work ethics!
