Mountain Warehouse Careers and Employment

About us
Mountain Warehouse has more than 20 years’ experience developing the very best outdoor gear for all the family. Having started with a single shop in Swindon the company now has 350 stores and employs more than 3,500 people. Mountain Warehouse sells more than 20 million items a year from jackets and fleeces to rucksacks and sleeping bags. It also sells – more... items for running and cycling.
What sets us apart from competitors is that almost all our stock is exclusive to us. By designing our own, top-quality products, and having them made to exacting standards, we ensure that customers get top-quality products at very competitive prices.

In July 2018, Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP, through its specialist minority fund Inflexion Partnership Capital, invested £45m in the business in return for a minority stake. Inflexion’s backing of the business and its management will help Mountain Warehouse grow its share of the £14 billion European market for outdoor clothing and equipment and further develop its digital sales channels.
