We are a hugely successful outdoor retailer, with over 250 UK stores, nearly 30 in Europe and 25 in North America; we have grown a lot since 1997, when we started with our first outlet store in Swindon! Our most recent international expansion is in New Zealand. Unlike other outdoor retailers, we don’t carry lots of different brands, nearly everything is exclusive to Mountain Warehouse. We are well located, have knowledgeable and friendly staff, and check out our Facebook page... we love dogs too! Our teams are really important to us; we could not grow at this rate without the people on the salesfloor, and we have many success stories of those who have joined us and been promoted...the ones that took their first leading roles with us and are Supervisors, those who wanted their own stores and have had an opportunity to become Store Managers, and those who grew up from the floor into fully-fledged Area Managers.
