The most useful review selected by IndeedWork with good people, office is in a nice location. Work life balance is not bad for the industry, but You don't get paid overtime so generally people don't do it.

Very difficult to get career progression, no over time payment. Pay rise is small unless you negotiate hard for it. Team culture is very important to consider.

manager are not qualified nor have the relevant experience. the expect you to work though you lunch break and people are not friendly everyone is miserable People are not allow to joke or talk.

Mabey not so efficent.
Mangemnet is a little messy.
Work allocation not equally.
Limitation in knowledeg you can learn.
