Excellent place to work

Excellent place to work. Customers were fantastic.everyday was different and you could do a range of different tasks. There was always new donations to sort which was interesting.

Fun workplace

Enjoyed working here. I sorted the clothes in the back room and hung clothes up onto racks. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Worked here as a volunteer

Rewarding working with people.

A great experience but staff are pushed very hard. Management are unempathetic. Better image than the organisation is to work for. A lot of people don't last long.

Terrible area manager in the galway mayo area

Horrible experience with the west of ireland area manager.Very demanding, very critical of everything. No positive energy. No real leadership, low staff moral and low to zero support. Wants u out fundraising non stop and upping prices in store all of the time. Customers don't have that kinda money and target has to be made or u deal with the what are u going to do about it ??? Easy going work place

Ncbi teaches tou a lot of things about working in retail, how to work a till and how to cash up which is handy. However higher ups like managers and area managers don't thank you for your work
