It is a good place to get started especially if it is your first job. However work hours are not consistent. There are some weeks where there is no work available. Pay is also not great.

Very unprofessinal
Look for any reason at all to pull you from a job, want to change people that are already trained in, better off not working with a recruitment agency
Pros
Easy interview
Cons
Unpredictable

No job security
It's good to meet different people and learn new ways of working. But the downside is no guarantee of hours. You might end up with 4hours a month sometimes

Flexibility, working in different places

Experience working in different setting
It is very hard to know how your annual leave work, so basically you end up not taking any.
The company put its client first than its worker.
Salary review should be considered as per the hard work of the person to motivate its works.
