NortonLifeLock Employee Review
Not a bad place to work
I enjoyed my time working for the company and making new friends. I also learned a lot about the use of new systems such as Oracle. The management are very warm and friendly as well as other co-workers. Some of the perks that comes with the job was good such as the Award vouchers and team meals

Good place to work
More emphasis should be placed on their induction process
Due to the fast-paced, changing nature of the work, I found myself surrounded by smart, action-oriented problem solvers. Nothing is ever done "by the book" because we needed solutions quickly, so there's a lot of hacking and not much future-proofing, such is life. It was demanding and fun. They gave me opportunities to travel. They also gave me a lot of grey hair.
Subsidised on-site canteen, paid leaves, up to 25 days PTO, Stock Purchase Plan, Annual bonus & equity, bike2work scheme, taxSaver commuter scheme, many Employee Resource Groups, supportive environment understanding of personal circumstances
Little to no salary increases on annual reviews, many people are paid below market
We were the true global leader in enterprise security software, with great people and a great culture. However, everything went south when the company was sold off several months ago. Severe job cuts, severely reduced perks and no more culture (unless minimalist and flat can be called a company culture, too). The remaining jobs went from fab to ones that one would not wish upon one's worst enemy, resulting in the aforementioned great people leaving in droves.
Great company. Wonderful benefits. Good team office culture. Food café excellent. Great amenities. Great work/life balance Friendly environment. A lot of long term employees
Very generous in all aspects
Middle/Senior Management stagnant. Indifferent to change.
