Raise wages and institute a defined pay scale for employees. Recruit, recruit,recuit, and then maintain a committed dedication to keep staff who actually care and provide consistently great levels of support. Actually incorporating the companies own said core values into the business model as a priority, as opposed to appeasing shareholders and Nua managements top 5%.
