No concern for staff (Irish company)
At the beginning everything is quite overwhelming, promises of Bonus ( which you hardly get, or taken with unfair reason to force you to do extra hours for a better income on busy seasons), "Burger van and ice-creams (once a year) and "plenty of hours" (which is DEMANDED to be done calling "ASSIGNED HOURS"), forbids holidays for 7 months out of the 12 a year, (November to March and June to September), delays the appeals as much as possible to avoid you to go all thought you get a positive answer, trips will be to expensive making you stay. Working in SEVERE weather conditions (outdoors), always monitoring staff on cameras, and huge favoritism in workplace (some get the honey while others gets the bees) . extra-hours at FLAT-RATES, Saturday work FLAT-RATES and you will work a week overnight in March .... doing the same you would do on a evening shift, FOR AN EXTRA €5 A WEEK. Constantly changing rosters to benefit the company with no concern on staffs plans or personal responsibility, . Management runs the compound like a dictatorship, REQUIRES TO MUCH FLEXIBILITY FOR WHAT IT PAYS. FACT: Nobody stays, from staff to supervisors.
