Standard of management since September 2019 significantly declined. Hours/pay/job security threatened daily. Lost customers due to appalling behaviour from new management.daily complaints from customers. No interpersonal skills/customer servicem oppressive and toxic work environment. Pushed to resign.

Learned so much with this company and it was great for improving my skills. Unfortunately, the hours were very long and you wouldn't even know what time you finished at. There were no benefits or appraisals for a good job from the management. Other than that, it was great working with the team and the usual customers. The company is very good for ensuring you have a job somewhere due to the high number of locations.
