Prison, slave type of a job.

A typical day would start with packing the bread, if you're doing it normal, they say you're slow, if you're doing it fast, other people working with you say to you to slow down because you will not have anything to do after that. You can see that some of them are just looking for the easiest things to do there, the hard parts of the job they just won't do, some of them are trying to be bossy and give you orders, even if they're not the supervisors or anything. What I learned is that the less you speak about anything, the less will anyone try to speak with you and make you problems. Also, don't show them that you're a hard worker if you are, because if you do that, they will use it and give you harder things to do, but make no mistake, they won't pay you extra or give you any kind of an extra credit for that. Except from a few people like a supervisor's deputy, who is actually doing something most of the time, and will help you if he has time, others are slaves, in almost every possible meaning of that word. It's like a prison, 10 hours a day. Forget about your life from Monday to Friday, forget about it on Saturday if you're crazy enough to accept the terms and go to work then also (same salary as it is during the 5 previous days), forget about it even if you're not working Saturdays because you're literally dead from those 5 previous days, especially if you're not situated somewhere near the workplace. Most enjoyable part of the job (if there is something like that here) is when you go home from that prison at the end of your work, or when you quit the job. Or maybe, for someone will be 2 doughnuts a day you can take as a reward for your effort.

    Very productive busy environment

A very busy place to work, no time to mix with work colleagues. The work place culture was very diverse and not everyone spoke english.

They were 10 hour shifts everyday and it was interesting seeing how a bakery operates.
