The organisation of O'Neil and Brennan works from the top down, at the top you would have what we call a 'big boss' in the middle would be middle management lackeys, and pen pushers, and at the base, the low end thrust, would be the tradesmen who had all the skills and did all the work and paid the wages of the above named.
