Agency Work with O'Neill and Brennan
I have worked with O&B for the past couple years, starting off as a self employed contractor and eventually became a full time PAYE employee for the company.

They are the best agency I have worked for and have had no problems with pay and finding work through them.

I have been fortunate to work along side many different trades working for O&B and learned many valuable skills and experience that will help shape my future in the industry.

The main bulk of my work has been taken over numerous night shifts and unsociable hours, which has put some strain on my self and my partner, but I have been earning a good income from the extra time added to my wage.

The best thing about working in the construction industry is that you can never get too complacent, with each new day bringing something different to the last, keeping me sharp and constantly on my toes.
