Its been a while but I left due to the poor culture
Director of Client Strategy (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CA16 April 2019
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
Pros
free lunch, smart sellers
Cons
poor connection between team members, negative environment

Biggest drawback is lack of vision for the company and frequent layoffs.

Project Program Manager (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CA21 March 2019
The people here make the difference. Everyone is helpful and driven to succeed both individually and for the company. The work is challenging but very interesting and you are given the opportunity to really stand out and make a difference.

Great Place to Intern
Intern (Former Employee) –  Dulles, VA7 February 2019
Great place to get a start. Free food, really nice people, casual dress. I had a lot of crossover and collaboration with other teams and everyone was very supportive. Employee resource groups are also a great aspect.

On the other hand, the company as a whole was going through major changes while I was there. I would have loved to stay on full-time if they had room for me!
Pros
Free hot breakfast and lunch, casual dress, good culture
Cons
Short breaks

-Work Life balance was the best
-Smooth leave policy
-Excellent work culture
-Supportive team
-Manager was very supportive
-Food and Cab facility provided

Great place.
Office of Administrative Trails and Hearings (Current Employee) –  New York, NY2 October 2018
Great place to work, very professional environment. "The system is by no means perfect. Perfection is a never-ending moving target that we strive to reach. But to not continually strive for equal justice is morally unacceptable and socially unsustainable. The fabric of New York City has been evolving for nearly four-hundred years and remains dynamic and OATH will continue to evolve and strive to improve the administration of equality and fairness and justice in the application of the law."

Intern (Current Employee) –  Baltimore, MD24 September 2018
I haven't worked at many places but Oath by far is one of my favorite place to work at. The place has a lot of amazing benefits and the environment. Everyone that I have met so far has been really helpful.

Poorly Managed Company
Principal Product Manager, Senior Manager (Current Employee) –  Burlington, MA10 September 2018
The company has a good strategy and the pieces in place to succeed. It is also a good place for benefits, work-life balance, & things like free lunches.
However, the management is very poor and the funding and resources to succeed in the projects is severely lacking - so the good strategy and plans will never be met.
Pros
Good benefits, free lunches
Cons
Poor management, poor project resourcing

Just ok
Accountant (Former Employee) –  Dulles, VA20 August 2018
Great co-workers, flexible schedule depending on your manager, company changes direction frequently, systems need to be updated, great benefits and salary, job security is questionable as there are frequent layoffs (annual) and talented people are let go, little room for advancement in my part of the company and continued to get more work but didn't receive any promotion, learned a lot of from some very talented and smart co-workers
Pros
Flexible schedule, benefits are top notch, yearly bonus
Cons
No room for advancement, frequent layoffs

Senior Ad Operations Manager (Current Employee) –  Dulles, VA15 August 2018
Company needs to focus on retaining good talent they have. More focused on trying to prove themselves to the market than focusing on how to deliver the best products to customers.

Excellent place to work, but limited opportunity for contractors
Content Analyst (Former Employee) –  Sunnyvale, CA23 July 2018
Great job culture and management. Environment is friendly for contractors but FT conversion and upward mobility is pretty difficult. You really have to sell yourself, learn new skills and apply for other positions within the company.

Oath is a great place to work
Software Development Manager (Current Employee) –  Folsom, CA22 May 2018
Oath may not have the sexiest brand names in it's stable but the work can be exciting and have the scale that you only get from some of the 'big players' in the space. Depending on the team you are with they allow for innovation and are not too rigid when it comes to platforms and processes. There are good opportunities to grow and learn as well.
Pros
awesome benefits, free food, MacBooks, excellent compensation
Cons
large company legacy issues, silos, re-orgs/layoffs
