Great job culture and management. Environment is friendly for contractors but FT conversion and upward mobility is pretty difficult. You really have to sell yourself, learn new skills and apply for other positions within the company.
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
