Oath may not have the sexiest brand names in it's stable but the work can be exciting and have the scale that you only get from some of the 'big players' in the space. Depending on the team you are with they allow for innovation and are not too rigid when it comes to platforms and processes. There are good opportunities to grow and learn as well.
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
