I have loved my time at Oath. The people are smart, really care about the company, and there is a ton of potential for the place to grow. You can create your own path and work on a great variety of projects, you just need to take initiative.
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
