I haven't worked at many places but Oath by far is one of my favorite place to work at. The place has a lot of amazing benefits and the environment. Everyone that I have met so far has been really helpful.

When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
