Working hour is very flexible and lunch and dinner is very tasty. My manager is very nice, easy to communicate with. Colleagues are nice too. We work together to build a service prototype, which is very fun.
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
