Pros: -Work Life balance was the best -Smooth leave policy -Excellent work culture -Supportive team -Manager was very supportive -Food and Cab facility provided
Cons -Was on third party contract role and was informed that there would be conversion to FTE within a year. There was no sign of it even after 1.5 year. Basically, decision making/hiring are lengthy procedures. -No hikes even after 1.5 year in the org.
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
