The company has a good strategy and the pieces in place to succeed. It is also a good place for benefits, work-life balance, & things like free lunches. However, the management is very poor and the funding and resources to succeed in the projects is severely lacking - so the good strategy and plans will never be met.
When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
