Fortunate enough to work under an amazing manager.The company has people geographically distributed and hence allowed for working remote.They had free lunches,massage for employees. Biggest drawback is lack of vision for the company and frequent layoffs.

When AOL and Yahoo merged under "Oath" there was a significant decline in culture. There was a shift in data-focused selling vs. delivering Innovation for our clients. Leadership did not help to connect highly dependent cross matrixed teams.
