A typical day at work manic to say the least. Severely understaffed and too much pressure put on the workers by management. Worker's opinions are perceived to be noted but in reality are completely disregarded and no changes are made. The most enjoyable part of the job were the co-workers who are absolutely lovely!
The management are clueless when it comes to creating a motivated work environment and extremely ill equipped.

It is a terrible place to work.

You are also only payed for working 33 hours in a week. Any additional hours goes into your holiday pay.
Pros
Free Lunches
Cons
Extremely long hours, Terrible management.

Not the best hotel to stay in let alone work in. Stress among staff that bounces off each other and poor work ethic over all. No consideration for staff with poor conditions or enticements. Pay for food out of your weekly wage that often you won't get.
